Eligible for Refund

  • Duplicate purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same product multiple times

Not Eligible for Refund

Refund Timeframes

Our refund policy varies by product type:

Digital Downloads

  • 7-day policy: Refunds available within 7 days of purchase if no download has occurred
  • 24-hour policy: Refunds available within 24 hours if download has occurred but content hasn't been accessed

Online Courses

  • 30-day policy: Refunds available within 30 days if less than 25% of the course has been completed
  • 14-day policy: Refunds available within 14 days if more than 25% but less than 50% of the course has been completed

Memberships

  • 7-day policy: Full refund within 7 days of initial subscription
  • Pro-rated refunds: Available for annual memberships cancelled within 30 days

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your order number and reason for the refund request
  3. Provide any relevant details about the issue you experienced
  4. Allow 3-5 business days for review and processing

Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Credit card payments: Refunded to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
  • PayPal payments: Refunded to your PayPal account within 3-5 business days
  • Bank transfers: Refunded to your bank account within 7-14 business days

Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Click "Cancel Subscription"
  • Confirm your cancellation

Note: Cancelling a subscription will stop future charges but will not refund previous payments.
